1. How do I qualify for my gift?
By purchasing Life Insurance from Post Office during an offer period, then retaining it and paying all due premiums for at least the 180-day qualifying period. You need to pay a total premium amount that exceeds the value of the gift.
2. When do I get my claim email?
Once you have retained your Life Insurance policy and paid all due premiums for at least the 180-day qualifying period. You need to pay a total premium amount that exceeds the value of the gift.
3. Where will my gift be sent to?
Your gift will be sent to you via the chosen fulfilment method within 28 days of claiming.
4. I have not received my gift, what should I do?
Please allow up to 28 days from the date you have claimed.
If you have selected your gift, once your policy has been in force for 180 days from the policy start date and you have made all due monthly premium payments, please allow up to 28 days for your gift to be sent to you via your chosen fulfilment method.

5. I have chosen my gift however, I would now like to change it.
Unfortunately, once you have made your gift selection it is not possible to change your chosen gift.
6. My claim won’t submit, what should I do?

7. I have a question about my life cover policy from Post Office, who can I contact?
